Lada Iskra будут собирать иностранные роботы

Автоматизация сварочных процессов достигла 25%

Lada Iskra will be assembled using imported Fanuc and Kuka robots. AvtoVAZ plans to produce Iskra sedans and station wagons in equal proportions. Here are the details:

Auto journalist Maxim Kadakov noted that this is the same place where bodies for VAZ-2105 and Lada Priora were previously welded, but the equipment here is new or with minimal wear.

Currently, the automation of welding processes is 25%, but by 2025 this figure will increase to 40%, and in 2026 - to 60%. Imported Fanuc and Kuka robots are used for assembly, and body painting will be carried out on the Lada Granta line.

By the beginning of mass production, the ratio of output volumes will be as follows: sedan – 50%, station wagon – 25%, station wagon-cross – 25%

Recall that the mass production of Lada Iskra will begin in March 2025, and sales of the car will start 1.5-3 months after that.
