He noted that Russia is developing two promising projects for low- and medium-orbit satellite communication systems. They are being implemented by Roscosmos in conjunction with a private company, Bureau 1440.
A project similar to Starlink is being implemented by Bureau 1440, which will provide broadband access services in low orbits. In addition to this service, we are developing the Skif space group.
