Using the Pushkin Card to pay for transport services in Russia could stimulate the development of domestic tourism among young people, according to Yuri Makov, Deputy Governor of the Kostroma Region. He expressed this opinion at the Electrical Power Industry Forum for Responsible Business.
Shouldn't we consider, purely theoretically, that the money on the Pushkin Card could be spent on transport if a student or young person is travelling to see their country?
In order for young people to travel more often around Russia, it is necessary to develop infrastructure, making it more accessible and inexpensive, Makov believes. In addition, it is important to develop event tourism, creating new places that are attractive to tourists. He recalled that in the Kostroma region, the tourist brand "Grandfather Mazai" - a literary character from the works of Nikolai Nekrasov - has become such a place.
Earlier, VK launched a beta version of the "Tickets" service, which offers a wide selection of tickets to movies, concerts, plays, exhibitions and other cultural events. This aggregator allows you to pay for tickets in various ways: by bank details, via the FPS and the "Pushkin Card". It will also help you find a company to go to the theatre with.
