King of the Air: Spectacular footage of the highly maneuverable Su-57 fighter jet

Video of the aircraft's flight at the AirShow China exhibition in China has been published online

A selection of spectacular footage of low-altitude, highly maneuverable piloting of the fifth-generation Su-57 multirole fighter with the T-50-4 index at the AirShow China aerospace exhibition has gone viral online. The pilot was test pilot Sergei Bogdan.

For spectacular piloting while maintaining maximum flight characteristics, the machine's fuel system was filled to less than 50%. This provided a thrust-to-weight ratio of more than 1.15 kgf/kg with first-stage AL-41F1 engines.

The footage also shows the optical-transparent window of the 101KS-U/01 ultraviolet sensor of the enemy missile attack detection system, represented by an aperture of 6 sensors of a similar type distributed on the fuselage.

Earlier www1.ru wrote that the Zoopark-1M radar had turned into a god of counter-battery warfare. The system is designed to reconnoiter the positions of enemy firing assets, including MLRS, mortar and artillery positions, air defense systems, and tactical missile launchers.
