First Longliner "Nugget" Launched in the Far East

The fishing vessel will be used for longline fishing

The longliner "Nugget" of project 03142 was launched at the "Vostochnaya Verf" (part of USC) in Vladivostok. This is the first longliner being built in the Far East, the corporation's press service reported.

The vessel is equipped with a universal complex for processing fish into frozen products in gutted and ungutted form, as well as for storage and transportation to the port. "Nugget" has an unlimited navigation area and can be operated in small broken ice up to 0.5 m thick.

"Nugget" is a single-deck screw vessel. The engine room is located at the stern, and the processing workshop is on the upper deck. The product cooling temperature is -30°C.
