The Russian government will allocate over 12.5 billion rubles from the budget between 2025 and 2027 to refine the Il-114-300 regional turboprop aircraft (designed for operation on local airlines). This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft federal budget.
The document indicates that the funds will be allocated by contributing to the authorized capital of PJSC "UAC", including for the subsequent contributions to the authorized capital of the corporation's subsidiaries.
In particular, in 2025, the Cabinet plans to allocate 9.4 billion rubles for the design, certification, launch of mass production, and the formation of a spare parts bank, with an additional 706 million rubles in 2026 and almost 2.5 billion rubles in 2027.
It is known that the Il-114-300 will be certified in 2025, and the first aircraft deliveries are scheduled for the spring of 2026.
