The renovated Rizhsky Railway Station has opened in Moscow. The reconstruction lasted a year and a half. All station facilities are now operational again.
The modernization affected the railway tracks, which were rebuilt for the launch of the MCD-4. The control systems have been converted to digital format.
Two new platforms with modern lighting, canopies, and navigation have appeared at the station. Each of them is 270 meters long.
It is worth recalling that on March 1, 2023, the Moscow-Rizhskaya station was closed for reconstruction.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Leningradsky Railway Station will close for repairs from August 11.
