Avtotor's production line for new products includes sections for the manufacture of stators and their impregnation, rotor assembly, and electric motor assembly. The automated conveyor is equipped with high-tech equipment with mechanical and optical control points.
The Avtotor electric motor plant cost more than 3 billion rubles. It was created and launched with the привлечением средств of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) as part of a special investment contract (SPIC) between the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the government of the Kaliningrad region and Avtotor Holding LLC.
It is planned to produce 60,000 electric motors per year with a capacity of 23 kW to 140 kW for various types of passenger electric transport. At full capacity, the company will employ more than 140 people.

The Kaliningrad plant is part of a production cluster of 12 factories for the production of electric vehicles and auto components, which Avtotor Holding plans to launch. The total investment in this project, taking into account current obligations, will exceed 70 billion rubles.
