MTS Exolve has developed a digital assistant for Dispatcher 24 (the largest service in the housing sector). The robot automatically collects readings from devices and sends them to billing companies.
The assistant works in voice mode. It clarifies the account number, records the readings of electricity, heat, water and electricity meters.
All collected readings are stored in the CRM system, which works in integration with the digital assistant. After that, the data goes to billing companies for final payment calculation.
Thanks to the service, it has become easier to submit meter readings — unlike a living person, the robot can receive readings from several residents simultaneously without losing quality. In addition, the robot will help reduce the load on contact center operators.
The robot processes more than 8 thousand calls monthly in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Kurgan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen and Leningrad region. The developers plan to expand the range of tasks of the digital assistant and scale the geography of its application.
