LADA Vesta will be produced even faster. PISH "Hybridtech", commissioned by AvtoVAZ, has modernized five automatic ultrasonic welding lines that are used in welding door trim and instrument panel parts for this car. "HybridTech" is a joint project of the local Togliatti State University and the auto giant.
The new equipment consists of 80% Russian components. These are 223 ultrasonic welding heads and 260 ultrasonic generators. The generators, developed at Togliatti State University, are integrated with the line controller, and the resonant frequency acquisition algorithm is optimized over a wide range.
Each such generator can automatically launch several ultrasonic heads. The modernization increased equipment productivity by 1.5 times.
Earlier it became known about the modernization of the production of LADA Largus cars, which are assembled in Izhevsk. The plant received several robots for welding, and also improved working conditions and technical equipment for workers.
