In the Chuvash capital, a private industrial park "Mashzavod" was launched for its 555th anniversary. A complex of enterprises aimed at import substitution and technological development appeared within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative." The total area of the "Mashzavod" premises is 40 thousand square meters.
"Mashzavod" specializes in mechanical engineering and metalworking. 12 residents are already working here, and by 2032, 15 SMEs will be located, creating 500 jobs. The revenue of residents will amount to 15.8 billion rubles, and the amount of tax payments will be 1.9 billion rubles.
The park houses the production of agricultural seeders, hop harvesters, and truck-mounted concrete pumps. Automated warehouse and elevator systems, painting booths, and 4D attractions are being produced. Residents are working to produce products under the state defense order.
According to Nikolaev, new products are also being developed here, for example, prototypes of a hop harvester and hop dryers for creating a complete hop processing cycle. There is a need for it in other regions of Russia. The products of the industrial park have already found interested parties. In particular, weaving machines are already in demand in Belarus.
The reconstruction of the existing building into an industrial park was carried out without stopping the production process. More than 36 thousand square meters of floors were replaced, all buildings were insulated, and engineering communications were updated. Residents of the project were given general access to the electroplating workshop and the gantry milling machine.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of Chuvashia, the amount of investment in the project amounted to 628 million rubles. Of these, almost half a billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget.
The ministry provided a subsidy to the residents of the technology park who won the competitive selection to reimburse 30% of the costs associated with the purchase of equipment. However, it was later decided to increase the subsidy rates for reimbursement of part of the equipment costs to 40% instead of the current 30%, so that industrialists could modernize faster.
