The commercial director of the «Moskvich» plant, Maxim Zlatokrylets, told reporters that next year the assembly process of «Moskvich 3» will be disaggregated. In other words, the cars will have a larger number of parts than before, and most of them will be domestic.
Thus, from the first quarter of 2025, the «Moskvich» third model will have about 1400 parts. Currently, there are about 900. The disaggregation of production is associated with an increase in the localization of car assembly.
Note that «Moskvich 3» this year began to be assembled using full cycle technology. It includes welding and painting of parts. The plant plans to establish its own stamping production, and in the future even release a completely domestic car.
