AvtoVAZ is modernizing production, checking and adjusting the equipment necessary for assembling the Aura, e-Largus, and Iskra models. The head of the auto giant, Maxim Sokolov, told reporters how much money was spent on these purposes.
We are spending an additional about 600 million rubles. This is a record amount in recent years.
In addition to updating production lines, AvtoVAZ has improved working conditions and household infrastructure.
As a reminder, the auto giant's enterprises are on corporate vacation until August 18. During this time, in addition to modernization and equipment upgrades, VAZ employees are stocking up on auto components necessary for restarting production.
