According to Obnosov, the most powerful aerial bomb with UMPC in the arsenal of the Russian Aerospace Forces remains the FAB-3000.

About FAB-5000

These aerial bombs were created for bombing large concentrations of troops, strategic facilities and railways. A new explosive was developed specifically for the FAB-5000, which included trinitrotoluene, hexogen and aluminum.

The carrier of the bomb was the Pe-8 bomber aircraft. After state tests, the FAB-5000 was put into service with the Soviet Army.
