Belarusian Belgee crossovers (Geely, assembled near Minsk) are very popular in Russia. In July, 3716 of these cars were sold, which became a new record. For comparison, 3598 vehicles under the Belgee brand were sold in May.
The most popular was the Belgee X50 crossover (Geely Coolray), of which 3646 units were sold. The older model, the Belgee X70, was purchased by only 70 people. These small sales figures are due to the fact that the car only appeared at dealerships at the end of July.
It is worth noting that thanks to the new sales record, Belgee was in the top 10 most popular brands and grabbed a market share of new cars of 2.7%.
