Another Chinese car brand is trying to enter the Russian market. The first batch of VGV crossovers assembled in Belarus has been brought to Moscow.
The junior model VGV U70 Pro will receive a 1.5-liter engine with 143 horsepower, and the older one will have a 2-liter engine with 199 horsepower. Gearboxes are six- and eight-speed automatic.
The prices for the VGV U70 Pro car will start from 2.1 million rubles, and the U75 Plus model will cost from 2.75 million rubles. The cars are positioned as family cars. Their sales should begin soon.
It is possible that this Chinese automaker will try to localize production in Russia. This may happen if the authorities provide the company with tax incentives.
