Опасная находка: полковник ВС России объяснил россиянам действия в случае обнаружения мин на пляже

Expert Matviychuk: If you find a mine, you should never touch it

If you find a mine or explosive on the beach, you should never touch it. This advice was given to Russians by retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk.

He advised to immediately contact the beach administration or on-duty police officers.

Every beach has an administration. There is always a police officer on duty at the administration. You should report the mine to the administrator and the police officer on duty, mark the place with a stick or hat and leave. Don't touch anything.
