Ростех разработал самый миниатюрный компьютер МП21 на базе процессора «Эльбрус-2С3»

The device measures only 95×95 mm

Specialists from INEUM named after Brook (part of the "Roselectronica" holding) have developed a new single-board computer MP21 based on the "Elbrus-2C3" processor. The device measures 95 by 95 mm.

MP21 is the smallest solution based on a processor of this type. The original Russian "Elbrus-2C3" architecture allows it to be used in facilities with increased information security requirements.

The main feature of the MP21 is that it operates on a dual-core "Elbrus-2C3" processor with a clock frequency of at least 1600 MHz. The processor has a built-in graphics core, which will allow the module to be widely used in information display systems. The RAM of up to 8 GB is capable of processing large amounts of data.

The MP21 can be equipped with an integrated solid-state drive with a capacity of 60 to 480 GB. A special heat-spreading plate will provide heat dissipation from the structures.

The MP21 module has a white case, and weighs about 100 g without a heat-spreading plate. The power consumption of the device is no more than 40 W. The equipment can operate at ambient temperatures from -40 to +55 °C, which will allow it to be used in airborne computers of aviation equipment.

MP21 is a completely Russian development capable of replacing foreign analogues. The module has passed the entire cycle of tests and is ready for mass production. Currently, this is the smallest solution based on the "Elbrus-2C3" processor. Its weight and size characteristics significantly increase the variability of its use.
