Starting June 1, "Aeroflot" will increase the frequency of flights between Moscow and St. Petersburg to 70 per day, the airline's press service reported.
The company will launch the "Aeroflot Shuttle" program, under which flights between Sheremetyevo and Pulkovo airports will operate at intervals of 15 minutes, and from Vnukovo – 30 minutes. The total frequency of flights will be more than 70 flights per day.
Simplified rules for returning or exchanging tickets have been developed for this program. Passengers will be allowed to exchange a ticket for another flight in this direction free of charge within a range of 12 hours, later or earlier.
It will also be possible to change the departure time at the check-in counter at the airport and by calling the "Aeroflot" contact center. The service will be available no later than 40 minutes and no earlier than 12 hours before the departure of the original flight.
