DOSAAF's capabilities allow for the annual training of up to six thousand operators of unmanned aerial vehicles. Drones will be used in agriculture and the army. This was stated by the chairman of DOSAAF, General of the Army Alexander Dvornikov.

According to him, more than 40 drone operator training centers, both military and civilian, are currently deployed at DOSAAF bases. Russians will be taught to operate drones by specialists with combat experience, among others.
