Specialists from NPO TsVBP, including developers from Moscow and Belgorod, have deeply modernized the СЭМ-350 robotic platform, naming it Vетеран. The device will be launched into series production.
Orders for the platform have grown exponentially. Preparations are underway to begin mass production
According to a representative of NPO, production will likely be established at several sites. The expected volume per month is 50 units.
Vетеран has received an improved engine, increased bearing surface, and traction. The payload capacity of the robotic platform has increased. A standard module has been added for evacuating the wounded, which is designed for soldiers up to 185 cm tall.
Currently, Russian military personnel are using Vетеран in engineering (installation of minefields), as well as for evacuating the wounded and transporting cargo. The platform can transport at least three soldiers in full gear.
