Reshetnev Company's Digital Automatic Control System Design Technology is Unparalleled

Specialists at JSC "RESHETNEV" have developed, patented, and are implementing into production a promising technology for creating energy conversion equipment for spacecraft based on unified modules.

As part of the technology development, Reshetnev employees have developed and manufactured a prototype energy conversion device with a digital automatic control system.

It is planned to design and manufacture power supply devices of various capacities based on it – in the range from 2.6 to 20.8 kW. To do this, it is sufficient to change the number of unified modules in the sample and set the required parameters of the automatic control system using settings.
A new workplace has been created to solve this problem – a hardware and software complex. Its software allows calculating the optimal characteristics of the device, and the hardware part allows verifying them experimentally. At the same time, the conditions of normal operation of the device in the solar and shadow areas of the orbit and the impact of dynamic current loads on it are simulated.

The patented Reshetnev technology for designing a digital automatic control system for energy conversion equipment has no analogues. It can be used to create such equipment for spacecraft based on various platforms that differ significantly in terms of energy consumption.
