ОКБ «Сухого» попало под санкции США против России

The new list includes over fifty companies, spanning automotive, machine tool, microelectronics, and banking sectors

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has published a new sanctions list that includes over sixty Russian companies. They are involved in the development of science, technology, the defense industry, the financial sector, robotics, and other fields in Russia.

In particular, the following have been sanctioned and may be affected:

  • in the defense industry and aviation - Imperial Tula Arms Plant, SEZ "Alabuga", Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex, Sukhoi Design Bureau, Uraltransmash;
  • in the financial and credit sector - SPB Bank (depository of the sanctioned SPB Exchange), Bystrobank, Maritime Bank, "International Financial Club", Izhkombank, Chelyndbank, Rostfinance Bank, "Regional Credit", Modulbank. In addition to them, you can find "Avangard", "Mechel", SUEK, the National Payment Card System - the operator of the "Mir" payment system on the list. NSPK, however, reassures that the sanctions will not affect the operation of payment services within Russia;
  • in machine tool construction - "Stankomashkompleks", "Inkor", "Lidermash Stanki", "Milling Machines", "Intervesp", "Wende Group", "KMT" and other manufacturers and suppliers;
  • in the field of maritime transport - Sovcomflot and 14 vessels associated with the company;
  • in the production of optical instruments - "Lincos", "Complex Electronic Optical Systems", "Navigator", Vladikavkaz Technological Center "Baspik", "Cityimpex", "Photonics" and other enterprises;
  • in the production of electronic components - "Navis Group", Bee Pitron Limited, "Ferropribor", "Lit Fonon";
  • integrators of robotics and AI for optimizing industrial production "Datana", companies involved in industrial automation "Optimus Drive", "K Soft Engineering", NPF "KRUG";
  • developers and manufacturers of navigation systems - "Navis Electronics", "Gazprom Space Systems", "NVS Navigation Technologies", "Satellite Innovative Space Systems" and a number of others.

FSUE NAMI, the manufacturer of Aurus luxury cars and the owner of shares in the "Avtozavod St. Petersburg", is also under sanctions. Now it is possible that this long-suffering plant, where they recently began assembling a new car XCITE X-Cross 7, is threatened with downtime.

In general, 93 companies were included in the sanctions list for supplying technology and equipment to Russia in circumvention of the current restrictions of the U.S. Treasury Department. Most of them - 63 - are Russian companies. Next are 16 Turkish companies and 8 Chinese companies.

Other countries were also affected by the sanctions - 4 companies from the UAE, 2 companies from Kyrgyzstan and Serbia were affected, and one sanctioned company from India, Estonia, Ireland, Finland and South Korea can also be seen on the list.
