NPO Mashinostroeniya, a Moscow region enterprise, is completing flight tests of the Condor-FKA No. 1 radar Earth remote sensing spacecraft, said General Director Alexander Leonov.
According to him, the specialists have completed the entire planned program. The test report will be submitted to the state commission in the near future.
NPO Mashinostroeniya is successfully developing the space direction. Engineers are working on the second "Condor-FKA", which will be released in the second quarter of 2024.

All work is carried out under an agreement with Roscosmos, as well as at its own expense.
The "Condor-FKA" was launched from Vostochny in May 2023. The satellite is operated by Roscosmos, NPO Mashinostroeniya, concern "Vega". It is expected that it will operate in Earth orbit for up to 12 years.
