Mosgortrans will relieve public transport drivers from excessive paperwork by introducing an electronic waybill system (EWB) in all of the capital's vehicle depots. This change, provided by Sberbank's subsidiary, Sberkorus, will improve the accounting of various information, including the results of drivers' medical examinations, routes, and the condition of vehicles.

The cost of the transition to digital is not disclosed, but, according to experts in this field, it can reach 150 million rubles.

Drivers are relieved of the extra burden of filling out papers and can fully focus on their main job - transporting passengers comfortably and safely
Maxim Liksutov, Head of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the City of Moscow

The Ochakovo car depot was the first to fully switch to EWBs, after which the project was scaled to the entire city. The abandonment of paper waybills not only saves money but also speeds up the departure of drivers on routes, and about 14 thousand people work in Mosgortrans. The digital document is filled out online, not manually, which reduces the burden on employees. About 7.5 thousand transport sheets are formed daily in Mosgortrans parks - now they will all be in digital format.

The results of the pilot phase, conducted with the involvement of software from three Russian IT companies - Sberkorus, Taxcom, and Kaluga Astral - allowed us to optimize processes and save more than 6 million rubles per year for Mosgortrans.
