Folk craftsmen have come up with a way to improve the Russian GAZ-33088 "Yeger" car, which is used to transport people and goods. It has cabin and partial cargo platform armor.
The car has also acquired loopholes. When used in combat conditions, fire can be opened from them.
Previously, similar навесная factory armorappeared on KamAZ, "Ural" and UAZ "Patriot" cars. The differentiated armor kit (KDB) was developed by employees of the St. Petersburg Scientific and Production Association of Special Materials (NPO SM).
GAZ-33088 "Yeger" is a two-axle all-wheel drive truck with a YaMZ-53443 diesel engine.
It is capable of carrying up to one and a half tons of cargo and five people. It has modifications along the side in 2.4 meters and 3.6 meters.
