Russia and CIS's largest social network, VKontakte, is experiencing issues today. Users in Telegram and other messengers are reporting that they cannot access their accounts. Some users can log in via the browser tab in the desktop version, but access to communities or updating the news feed is not possible.

As of 19:55, the VKontakte press service reported the complete restoration of the social network after the failure. All social network services are now available to users again.
