The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including neural networks, reduces the creativity of employees. This was reported by the American consulting company Boston Consulting Group.
Experts from the Kommersant publication state that neural networks, on the one hand, simplify the work of employees, and on the other hand, negatively affect their efficiency. According to Alexander Onikienko, head of the digital department at NF Group, highly qualified specialists do not need a chatbot. The more experienced the employee, the faster and better he will cope with the task than a neural network, he emphasized.
Another interlocutor of the publication, Alexander Serbul, an expert on neural networks at the Bitrix24 service, is confident that the use of AI requires strict control of employees' work by the company's management. He explained that neural networks such as ChatGPT have poor fact-checking. Therefore, you have to double-check the result, he added. Serbul did not rule out that users will soon be surrounded by "soulless content" created not by a person, but by neural networks.
According to the Russian government, more than half of Russian companies are already using AI. The Digital Economy ANO expects that AI's contribution to Russia's GDP will be 2% by 2030.
Earlier it was reported that MTS AI plans to start testing своей нейросети in Russia.
