AO "Promyshlennye Sooruzheniya" has become the new owner of the Lesta Games group of companies. This was announced by a representative of the consortium of private investors.
Over the next three years, the investor intends to invest up to 10 billion rubles in the domestic gaming industry, including through the creation of a venture fund. The company's goal will be to release at least five new products within the same period.
On June 3, 2025, the Tagansky District Court satisfied the Prosecutor General's Office's claim, transferring the assets of Lesta company to state revenue.
From June 11, Rosimushchestvo was listed as the founder, and on June 18, Lesta Games Moscow and Lesta Games Agency became state property.
Recall that Lesta Games is known for developing the action games World of Tanks, World of Warships, and Tanks Blitz. The company also develops the classic MMORPG Royal Quest.
