The new Gosuslugi mobile application is planned to be launched in 2027. Plans also include the development of proactive online services, where the service itself offers a service without an application. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Digital Development in the State Duma.
15.3 billion rubles will be allocated for the portal's infrastructure in 2027 – the same amount as budgeted for 2026. In 2028, funding will increase to 18.7 billion rubles, and in 2029 – to 23 billion. The portal is constantly undergoing refactoring: software code and internal components are being redeveloped to speed up service delivery.
Proactive services relieve a person of the need to submit an application: the system itself sees the right to a payment or document and offers to process it. This saves time and reduces the number of rejections due to errors in applications. The new application should become the basis for such services. Earlier it was reported that a “Green Button” would appear on the portal to cancel restrictions set by the “Antifraud” system.
