Over the past few hours, thousands of complaints have been received regarding the operation of Yandex Go, Yandex Pay, Yandex Music, Yandex Electrichki, and other company services.
Users cannot log into the application, call a taxi, make a payment, or order home delivery. Complaints are coming from Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk regions, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Primorsky Krai, and other regions. Users from Kazakhstan and even Serbia also report outages.
Services cannot determine the client's location and display a "data loading error".
Earlier, it became known about the damage to Yandex's third data center in Vladimir. Prior to this, the infrastructure in Kaluga and Sasovo faced similar difficulties.
