The Arbitration Court of Bashkiria issued a writ of execution for the collection of 190.1 million rubles of debt and 35.4 million rubles of penalty from JSC ODK-Ufa Motor-Building Production Association (ODK-UMPO). The lawsuit was filed by the Moscow company OOO Semax Metall.
ODK-UMPO is one of the key enterprises of Rostec, producing engines for the Su-57 and other combat aircraft.
OOO Semax Metall was registered in 2014 in Moscow. The company trades metals and ores, and also produces non-ferrous metals, cast iron, steel, and ferroalloys.
In early July, the Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise (MMP) named after V. V. Chernyshev, which produces engines for MiG-31 interceptors, became part of ODK-UMPO.
