New features of the "Shturm" unmanned tank and "Spiridon" BMPT revealed

The information concerns the observation system, ammunition placement, and armament of the uninhabited support vehicle

New footage of the heavy robotic complex "Shturm" from the "Tsentr-2026" exercises allowed us to examine the features of its observation system and internal structure. A block with multiple cameras is installed on the roof of the unmanned tank, transmitting a panoramic image of the terrain to the operator located in the control vehicle.

The published footage also shows the placement of the autoloader in a separate protected "capsule" inside the fighting compartment. This design solution provides a significantly higher level of ammunition protection.

New materials from the exercises also showed an uninhabited version of the "Spiridon" combat support vehicle (formerly BMPT "Terminator"). The vehicle is equipped with twin 30-mm automatic cannons and can receive a large number of additional weapons.

In terms of its equipment, it is a kind of strike combine designed to perform several tasks at once. To destroy engineering structures, barricades, and clear blockages, the machine was equipped with a powerful bulldozer blade. This allows combining fire support with direct impact on obstacles that may hinder the advance of other vehicles.
