Surgut River Port fined for operating tugboat RT-417 without documents

The Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office fined OOO "Surgut River Port" for operating the tugboat-pusher "RT-417" (Project 911V, type RT-300) in the Ob-Irtysh basin without ship documents. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.

According to the prosecutor's office, in June 2026, the crew of the tugboat "RT-417" performed work on the Ob River. However, the vessel lacked mandatory documents, including classification certificates and certificates of compliance with environmental requirements.

OOO "Surgut River Port" was brought to administrative responsibility for violating traffic safety legislation under Part 1 of Article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The company was fined 20 thousand rubles. The agency noted that the violations have already been eliminated.

Currently, the enterprise is part of PAO "Irtyshskoye Parokhodstvo". The home port of "RT-417" is Surgut. The vessel is used for towing oil barges, guiding timber rafts, and performing maneuvering operations in ports.
