The Crew-13 mission crew conducted a dress rehearsal on September 29 before their flight to the International Space Station. Cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov and astronauts Jessica Watkins, Luke Delaney, and Joshua Kutryk donned their spacesuits and practiced key procedures before launch.
The Falcon 9 with the Dragon spacecraft is already installed on launch pad SLC-40 at Cape Canaveral. The launch is scheduled for October 1, no earlier than 11:10 AM local time (18:10 Moscow time). The launch was previously postponed after an oxidizer leak was detected in the Dragon's propulsion system. The malfunction was rectified after additional checks and valve replacement.
After docking with the ISS, the Crew-13 crew will join Expedition 75. Sergey Teteryatnikov will go into orbit for the first time, while Jessica Watkins has already worked on the station as part of Crew-4.
On the station, the astronauts will be engaged in scientific research, technological demonstrations, and maintenance of the orbital complex.
