The Prefabrika company has opened a reinforced concrete prefab element factory in the "Kashira" special economic zone in the Moscow region. Investments in the project amounted to 5 billion rubles.
An industrial complex with an area of about 25 thousand square meters has been built on the site. The enterprise will create about 300 jobs for residents of the region. The factory will produce reinforced concrete prefab elements for residential, commercial, industrial, and social facilities. Such parts allow for faster and higher-quality construction, reducing costs and labor.
The first stage of the factory is designed for 240 thousand square meters of products per year. After reaching full capacity, the volume will increase to approximately 400 thousand square meters per year. This milestone is planned to be reached in the IV quarter of 2028.
More than 1 thousand units of equipment have been installed in the workshops – it covers the full production cycle. Some operations are automated: rebar is processed by robots, and goods are moved by unmanned mechanisms.
