Concern "Radio-Electronic Technologies" (KRET, part of Rostec) has combined 3 devices to create a controlled environment under the "Aksiomera" brand. Equipment for medical institutions is produced at the Ramensky Instrument-Making Plant (RPZ, part of KRET). This was reported by the press service of the state corporation.
The first device is a mobile laminar flow unit, which purifies air and supplies it to a specific area, for example, near an operating table. The device is assembled from Russian components and is 4 times cheaper than foreign analogues.
Alexey Melnikov, Deputy General Director for the Development of Civilian Products at KRET, stated that the equipment development focused on import substitution and cost reduction. Some of the devices are already used in Russian clinics.
At the same time, we have incorporated the ability to adapt products to specific tasks – for example, the dry storage system can be supplemented with thermoregulation and sterility maintenance for use in pharmaceuticals.
The second device is a duct disinfection system, which destroys up to 99.99% of pathogenic microflora. It can be integrated into existing ventilation. The product's performance is up to 40 cubic meters of air per hour.
The system consists of several modules, the number of which is selected depending on the size of the room. The service life is at least 10 years.
The third device is a dry storage system. This is a small cabinet with humidity not exceeding 1%. It can store reagents, tools, and sensitive components.
The prototype of the dry storage system was first shown this year at the "Innoprom" forum in Yekaterinburg. Currently, Ramensky specialists are refining the cabinet, taking into account the wishes of potential customers.
RPZ will produce equipment for medical institutions under the "Aksiomera-Med" brand, and for production facilities – "Aksiomera-Pro". The plant management plans to occupy the niche previously controlled by suppliers from European and Asian countries.
