Engineers from the "Svarog" Research and Production Center (NPC) have revealed the technical characteristics of the modernized "Svarog 4T 160" copter-type drone. Drones of this line are supplied to Russian troops.
The NPC press service emphasized that the "Svarog 4T 160" is considered an analogue of the Matrice quadcopter line from the Chinese manufacturer DJI.
Characteristics of "Svarog 4T 160":
- Range — up to 25 m
- Flight time — up to 40 min
- 11x optical zoom
- 160x hybrid zoom
- Thermal imager with 640 pixels resolution (horizontal)
The operator controls the copter using a remote control, and the image from the drone is transmitted to a monitor. In case of signal loss, the "Svarog 4T 160" ascends until communication is restored. The drone can operate without GPS using an optical sensor and lidar.
Information about the "Svarog 4T 160" first appeared in October 2025. The developer also presented long-range fiber-optic quadcopters "Svarog-13" and "Svarog-15".
