New lawsuits have been filed against the Chelyabinsk plant "ChTZ-Uraltrak", which produces engines for tanks. The information appeared in the card index of the Arbitration Court of Chelyabinsk Oblast.
"Rosseti Ural" and "NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk" plan to recover debts from the enterprise, with the total amount of claims being 53 million rubles.
"ChTZ-Uraltrak" is part of the Uralvagonzavod Concern of Rostec and builds engines for the T-90M and T-72B3M.
In parallel, the company is also being sued for another 741 million rubles for unpaid electricity to the Chelyabinsk enterprise "Uralenergosbyt".
Since payment problems have lasted for more than a year, the energy company intends to consider other legal measures, not excluding initiating ChTZ's bankruptcy procedure.
