One of Russia's largest manufacturers of weapons for helicopters and ships has filed five lawsuits against the Moscow company "RT-Tekhpostavka" for a total amount of approximately 35.7 million rubles.
The reasons for the new claims have not yet been disclosed. According to open sources, the dispute may be related to the parties' obligations under previously concluded contracts for product supply.
This is not the first legal conflict between the two companies. Last year, Tulamashzavod filed three more lawsuits against "RT-Tekhpostavka" for approximately 19 million rubles. These cases are ongoing, with the proceedings' materials transferred to a closed regime.
As a result of the new applications, the total amount of Tulamashzavod's claims within eight lawsuits exceeded 54 million rubles.
JSC "RT-Tekhpostavka" has been operating since 2022. The company is engaged in wholesale trade, metal processing, repair of machinery and equipment, as well as installation of industrial equipment.
Tulamashzavod itself is one of the largest enterprises of the Russian defense-industrial complex. The plant produces automatic cannons for aviation, helicopters, armored vehicles, and air defense systems, as well as naval artillery mounts. The 30-mm cannons produced by the enterprise were used on Russian combat helicopters, including the Ka-50 "Black Shark" and Ka-52 "Alligator". The enterprise also produces artillery systems for ships of various classes.
