Moscow-based company OOO "Group of Companies "Spetsmetallmaster" has filed a lawsuit against AO "Research and Production Corporation "Konstruktorskoye Byuro Mashinostroyeniya" (KBM) from Kolomna for 4.3 million rubles. The case has been accepted for proceedings by the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region.
The next hearing in the case will take place on September 10, 2026. The reason for the dispute has not been officially disclosed.
KBM, located in the Moscow region, is part of the "High-Precision Systems" holding of the Rostec state corporation. The enterprise develops 9M723 missiles for the Iskander-M complex, as well as Gibka-S anti-aircraft systems and Verba MANPADS.
OOO "GK "Spetsmetallmaster" supplies metals in primary forms, including non-ferrous rolled products, special steels, and metal coatings for industrial enterprises.
Recently, the Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau received new legal claims from AO "Tulamashzavod". The Arbitration Court received two lawsuits totaling over 53 million rubles.
