iPhone owners will be able to independently restore "Sberbank Online" after changing or resetting their smartphone. Sber has released the program "Return Sber to iPhone", thanks to which installation no longer requires a visit to a bank branch.
The service works via a computer running Windows or macOS. The user needs to download the program from Sber's official website, connect the iPhone to the computer, and follow the instructions that appear. According to the bank, restoration takes several minutes.
However, the program does not download a completely new application from the App Store. It restores the version that the smartphone owner had previously installed with their Apple ID. Therefore, the method is primarily intended for those who have changed their iPhone, deleted the application, or lost it after a device reset.
This way, you can restore "Sberbank Online", "SberKids", "SberInvestor", and "SberBusiness". The installer should only be downloaded from the bank's official page or via a link from its channel in Max to avoid installing a fake program.
Those who have not previously downloaded the required application from the App Store may need a different method. Sber also offers installation in its offices, and the web version of "Sberbank Online" remains available for accessing basic banking functions on iPhone.
