Nationalized Iset Plant Under Rostec Management to Pay Dividends for the First Time in 34 Years

Profits achieved through production modernization and a quarter increase in revenue

The Iset Plant (part of Rostec, located in Kamensk-Uralsky, Sverdlovsk Region) will allocate 165.6 million rubles for dividends based on the results of 2025. According to the state corporation, this is the first payment to shareholders since 1991. The company's net profit amounted to approximately 662.5 million rubles.

This result was achieved through systematic modernization, launched after the plant was transferred to Rostec's management in May 2024. Over the year, Iset increased production volumes by 10%, which is twice the industry average, and revenue increased by approximately a quarter.

Alexander Nazarov, Deputy General Director of the state corporation, emphasized that the key factors were not only investments but also the renewal of the management team, modernization of production processes, and the involvement of the staff.

Currently, the plant, which is among the top 5 Russian developers and manufacturers of electrical connectors, continues to re-equip its facilities, gradually update its tooling, and overhaul buildings. A new gas boiler house has already been built, and the cooling system in the electroplating shop has been modernized.
