Minister of Defence Andrey Belousov announced the launch of a "data showcase" – a platform for training drone neural networks. With its help, manufacturers will be able to use a unified array of information to train artificial intelligence algorithms.
As Belousov emphasized, data must be processed directly on board the drone – this is one of the key requirements for the system. Despite the technical complexity, this issue is already being addressed. The Minister also instructed to refine the hardware and software complex for evaluating the effectiveness of drone calculations. This will allow for objective analysis of operator actions, taking into account the tasks performed.
In November 2025, a new branch of service appeared in the structure of the Russian Armed Forces – the Unmanned Systems Troops (BpS). Training units actively interact with drone manufacturers, and the combat strength continues to grow.
