Developers have introduced "colossal changes" to the design of the "Shturmovik" ground robotic complex (NRTK). The modernized platform is now being used by Russian Armed Forces personnel, reported "Drone Force Aero" company.
The wheelbase of the complex has been increased by 1.5 times. The niche for the payload and the payload mass itself have also been increased – up to 70 kg on roads, and up to 50 kg on rough terrain.
Features of the modernized NRTK "Shturmovik":
- Quick change of wheelbase for different tasks (for soil, sandy soil, swampy terrain)
- Two modules with video cameras for situational awareness
The company emphasized that this is "the most budget-friendly option among NRTKs in Russia." It can be used for demining, laying paths for infantry, as a delivery vehicle, and as a ground kamikaze drone.
The robotic complex received high praise from Russian Armed Forces personnel. Soldiers noted its reliability and ease of operation, concluded "Drone Force Aero".
