The Max messenger has received one of its most significant updates. Now, in public and private channels, users can leave comments under publications, reply to each other, and channel owners can communicate with subscribers on behalf of the channel. The number of comments is immediately displayed under each post.
The new feature can be enabled in the channel settings. Currently, it is available to Android users, as well as in the desktop and web versions of the messenger. In the future, developers plan to add reactions to comments and the ability to attach media files to them.
Previously, Max users with a "Digital ID" gained the ability to create public channels. According to the developers, about 10,000 such channels were registered within the first 24 hours after the launch of this feature.
In addition, owners of private channels can now change their status to public. To do this, open the channel settings, select the appropriate type, and specify a unique link.
