Tula-based company "Oktava DM", a technological partner of Rostec, has completed testing of AB-400 audio badges in Kazakhstan. The customer confirmed the stable operation of the equipment and expressed interest in expanding the project.
The devices were tested in the cashier areas of a network of gas stations. They record conversations between employees and customers, after which the data can be used for speech analytics and service quality assessment.
The badges were able to clearly capture speech even with significant background noise. Recordings were automatically transmitted via secure wireless channels, and built-in microphones and noise reduction algorithms cleaned up the sound.
The equipment was also successfully connected to the existing analytical platform. The customer specifically noted the ease of daily use and technical support from the Russian manufacturer.
After the pilot project, the AB-400 is planned to be scaled to other gas stations, stores, pharmacies, and financial organizations in Kazakhstan. The contract emerged from the results of a Russian-Kazakhstani business mission.
