Shareholders of PAO "ODK-UMPO" will increase the authorized capital of the enterprise through an additional share issue. The emission volume will be 200 million rubles.
The need for an additional issue is related to the completion of the procedure for the accession of the V. V. Chernychev Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise, which produced engines for MiG-35 interceptors, to ODK-UMPO.
However, by the end of 2025, ODK-UMPO recorded a net loss of 14.3 billion rubles.
Against this background, the enterprise refused to pay dividends for the first time in many years. Recently, the enterprise was threatened with bankruptcy for the fourth time in 6 months due to another debt of 39 million rubles.
