Acoustic sensor "Dronlok" detects drones up to two kilometers away

Passive system includes microphones and devices

The Russian company "RMS-Algoritm" has developed a new acoustic sensor called "Dronlok". The new complex is capable of detecting drones at a range of up to two kilometers.

The acoustic system consists of microphones and pre-processing devices. They are necessary for digitizing the received signal.

The acoustic sensor can detect a small drone like the Mavic-3 at a distance of 800 meters; a loaded 8-inch FPV drone with an 800-850 gram payload – two kilometers.

In addition, the sensor detects heavy drones like "Baba Yaga" at a range of up to 5 kilometers.

The Voronezh concern "Sozvezdie" has developed a new multi-level drone protection system for mobile communication nodes and tanks. The protective dome unfolds directly above the vehicle and does not interfere with antenna operation.
