JSC Kama Completes Preparations for Start of Mass Production

The developer of the Atom electric car has settled June salary payment delays to its staff. As reported to TASS by the press service of JSC Kama, in early July, the company fully fulfilled its salary obligations, explaining the disruption by technical difficulties in interacting with banks.

They emphasized that the startup is completing preparations for the start of mass production of commercial vehicles at the Moscow site. Concurrently, according to the company, a service network for electric car maintenance has already been formed and is ready for operation.

Earlier, industry Telegram channels and media circulated insiders about the imminent closure of the project.
